Dhaneswar Swain to perform Odissi Music for the audience on 12th December(Saturday) at 7pm PST / 9pm CST (USA) and 13th December(Sunday), 8:30am IST (India). Pt. Ramahari Das (Vocal) & Pt. Dhaneswar Swain (Mardala) are celebrated legends from the land of Odisha who have put Odissi Music on the global platform. Both of them are Sangeet Natak Akademi Award winners for their dedication & immense contributions to Odissi Music.
The program was presented by Dr. Niranjan Tripathy, former President of Odisha Society of America (OSA) , a connoisseur of music and fine arts. He is well known in the Dallas area as an avid champion of artists & their art and has contributed immensely to this cause.
